MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, a program that exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, a mother, and a leader in the name of Jesus Christ.  MOPS is a smart, relevant and caring support network, making moms better moms through trusted resources and relationships.

 

MOPS groups meet the needs of moms by providing a place where they can be encouraged, instructed and developed.  The group meeting schedule typically includes time for developing relationships, teaching, Discussion Groups and Creative Activities.

MOPPETS is a program designed for children age birth through kindergarten.  For those moms who home school, a class is available for those older children, also.  Children are cared for in age appropriate classes with age appropriate activities and a snack is provided during this time.

If for any reason Maple Valley Schools are closed on the day of our scheduled MOPS meeting — MOPS will be cancelled for that month.
